On the eve of the Great Victory Day, Tambov State University named after G. R. Derzhavin started the campaign "Memory Marathon". Journeys through the pages of military history are made by schoolchildren from 15 educational institutions of the Tambov region. Boys and girls on a special "victory" bus visited the memorial sites of the regional center dedicated to the Great Patriotic War: the monument "Tambov Collective Farmer", a monument to the feat of medicine in the Great Patriotic War, a monument to Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya, a monument to the Eternal Fire.
The staff of the TSU Museum and Exhibition Complex told the students about the exploits of our countrymen and the contribution of the Tambov Region to the Victory.
