The Laboratory of Forest Crop Biotechnology appeared at Derzhavin University. The laboratory will receive high-quality planting materials by clonal micropropagation for growing in the forests of the Tambov region.

The new laboratory was created to solve the tasks of the federal project "Forest Conservation" of the national project "Ecology". We regularly open specialized centers and laboratories. Our task is to provide students with knowledge that they could implement in practice. The Laboratory of Forest Crop Biotechnology will create qualitatively new conditions for training biologists and biotechnologists, -  said TSU Rector Vladimir Stromov.
