8. Scientific basis for monitoring and suppressing damage in aluminum alloys.
9. Development of a wireless automated intelligent digital system for monitoring and suppressing damage in deformable aluminum alloys under high-energy conditions.
10. Introduction of research results into the educational process
Basic Concepts:
1. Linking the research program:
a) to fundamental problems of physical materials science;
b) to the strategy for the development of science and technology in the Russian Federation.
2. Research methodology based on the creation of experimental and/or model situations of the occurrence (disappearance) of plastic instabilities, causing catastrophic degradation of the mechanical properties of high-tech metal alloys.
3. Combination of high-speed in situ experimental studies of the development of spatio-temporal structures of defects in the crystal structure with high-resolution post factum microstructural studies.
4. Development of a dynamic approach to the physics of strength and plasticity.
Methods and technologies
Development and continuous improvement of an original set of methods for studying unstable deformation of metals and alloys, based on a combination of microstructural studies with high-speed in situ studies of the dynamics and morphology of deformation bands under conditions close to operational ones, when the force law of influence is specified (traction force, lifting force, centripetal force etc.), and the response is the deformation of the material and structure, which corresponds to the direct problem of nonlinear dynamics. This complex makes it possible to combine dynamic and structural approaches in the study of strength and plasticity based on setting up structural in situ experiments synchronously with the measurement and analysis of time series reflecting the unsteady nature of plastic flow, as well as the use of modern methods of dynamic analysis, including spectral, multifractal analysis of the corresponding time rows and spatial structures.

The scientific interests of the team are aimed at issues of harmonic analysis on manifolds related to the construction of quantization on such spaces, in particular, at the study of the so-called canonical representations introduced (in their simplest form) by Berezin and Vershik-Gelfand-Graev for the needs of quantization and quantum field theory . The team has discovered a completely new approach to this concept, thanks to which it has become natural, transparent and very broad. It has already been possible, in particular, to construct quantization on a large and important class of pseudo-Riemannian symmetric spaces – on para-Hermitian spaces. The team has put forward and is developing new, promising and promising ideas that should lead to the emergence of new areas of research: canonical representations, understood in a very broad sense, they are, generally speaking, non-unitary and operate in very wide spaces of not only functions, but also sections of linear bundles, in particular, spaces of generalized functions; moreover, it is natural to define these spaces of functions or sections on manifolds that are the closure of several open orbits (let’s call this “mixed” harmonic analysis); boundary representations acting in generalized functions concentrated on the boundary and, dually, in jets transversal to the boundary; Poisson and Fourier transformations associated with canonical representations; interaction of these transformations with Lie operators of the supergroup; polynomial quantization, its connection with the interaction from the previous paragraph; complete asymptotic expansion of the Berezin form (transformation) (in the work of the team, a fundamentally new type of expansion was found that allows it to be calculated explicitly). In general, activity in this direction is the creation of some “non-unitary” version of harmonic analysis.

Programs and methods:
On the basis of Derzhavin University, together with the Tulinovsky instrument-making plant "TVES", developed a hardware and software complex for assessing physical development, nutrition and the choice of enteral and parenteral nutrition products for seriously ill patients. Further development of this direction involves the creation of computer programs for choosing the method of dietary and drug treatment of various groups of patients, based on somatometric studies.
Concepts and methods:
Development of the theory of balanced nutrition by academician A.A. Pokrovsky and the theory of adequate nutrition by academician A.M. Ugolev, as well as modern trends in assessing individual nutrition with the identification of syndromes of insufficient and excess nutrition dictate the need for further development of a syndromic approach to assessing the body's supply of nutrients and energy. One of the modern research methods in this direction is the anthropometric study of the component composition of the body using computer analysis of actual nutrition. On this basis, it is possible to diagnose various forms of overnutrition and undernutrition syndromes and develop methods for their treatment.

The research program, basic concepts, as well as methods and technologies included in the scientific direction are based on the following theoretical and methodological principles.
Modern society is in a situation of historical bifurcation, which is characterized by an epochal crisis in almost all aspects of human life. Based on this, for the scientific direction it is paramount to identify key tasks, the solution of which will enable a person to come to a state of authenticity and personal stability.
The results of numerous studies have led us to the conclusion that the scope of applicability of the theoretical and methodological foundations of traditional psychology, which describes a static, predictable person in a system of established, once and for all given conditions of existence, is increasingly narrowing. As a consequence, a fundamentally new psychology is needed, the psychology of “a changing person in a changing world.” With all the variety of proposed ways and means of exiting the crisis situation of an individual’s existence, it is necessary to strengthen the significance of the person himself, relying on his internal potential, but at a new stage level of personality development, with new semantic and value attitudes that meet modern requirements.
Based on such a theoretical premise, the research direction is focused not only on the study of the causality of a person’s crisis state or analysis of the observed psychological consequences, but, what seems more significant, on the conditions and mechanisms of self-organization of the modern personality. With a detailed theoretical and methodological study of the issue, we come to the conclusion that as a leading condition for overcoming a crisis state, it is necessary to build a holistic living space of the individual, aimed at the prospect of effective development.
Another aspect of our research comes from the recognition of the cause-and-effect relationships of the life crisis and the existential vacuum in which modern man finds himself. Moreover, according to researchers, many forms of existential pathology and personal deviations of an individual stem from the collapse of the meaning of life. This speaks of “meaning” as the integral basis of personality. Without a doubt, for a person to function effectively, it is necessary, first of all, to rebuild his semantic sphere, which is a specially organized set of semantic formations and connections between them.
Based on the above, our scientific direction is aimed at studying the psychology of a changing person during a crisis period. When formulating scientific tasks, special attention is paid to the study of the psychological conditions for overcoming a life crisis, among which orientation to the future occupies a significant place.
We prove that the phenomenon of meaning formation is a special psychological reality and acts as an organizing principle that allows the subject to build a living space. Therefore, an orientation towards the search for meaning as a basic life need contributes to the effective self-development of the subject, its structural and content stability, the orderliness of goals, time perspective and values.

Over 20 years, in the laboratory of social history, through the efforts of scientists, dozens of electronic databases and maps were created, based on primary sources and touching on broad socio-natural issues. In the course of implementing various international, Russian and regional projects, experience has been gained in the use of modern information technologies and quantitative methods for processing databases and GIS in studying the relationship between natural and anthropogenic factors in the history of society, the transition from an agricultural society to an industrial one, and the features of Russian modernization at the microhistorical level . With this approach, the study of problems begins with the “most primary” material (individuals, families, small social groups, settlements). Microanalysis is not opposed to macroanalysis. He offers a view of history from the other side, “from below,” which in its own way complements the view “from above.”
