The knowledge and skills of the program graduates will correspond to the demand for the development of Russian cities that has formed in recent years, including meeting the principles of sustainable development in the interests of the present and future generations, involving citizens in the process of managing the development and planning of urban areas, using ICT and software packages for working with urban data representing spatial, economic, social and legal aspects of the formation of the urban environment, new technologies and methods of implementing urban planning activities.

The program is aimed at training highly qualified specialists in data analysis and working with big data (Big Data) that is large volumes of constantly changing, structured and unstructured information. Students study modern tools and technologies for collecting, storing and visualizing, statistical data analysis and forecasting events based on this analysis, cloud technologies and acquire programming skills in the statistical languages R and Python.

The program is aimed at developing skills and abilities of conducting a patient examination, making a preliminary diagnosis of a general somatic disease, performing basic medical diagnostic and therapeutic measures when providing first aid in emergency and life-threatening conditions, making a decision on referring a patient to the appropriate specialists.
