Chinmay has successfully completed his studies at the Derzhavin University Medical Institute this year.
The internship program was organized by the Gorchakov Fund in partnership with Sechenov University. Seven doctors from India, Iraq, China, Cuba and Turkey took part in it.
During the course two week course young doctors were introduced to advanced methods and technologies of Russian medicine.
Chinmay Pevekar:
- As an intern, I was trained in cardiology, learned to work using modern technologies in the field of early detection of heart disease, which will help me work as a cardiothoracic surgeon. I fondly remember my training at Derzhavin University, which gave me not only solid knowledge in the field of medicine, but also an understanding of the need to constantly develop.
