A new season of entrepreneurial competency training for Russian university students begins in March. The trainings are part of the federal project “University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform”. The first training will take place at Derzhavin University on March 20. In total, it is planned to cover at least 840 university students in a year. The training format involves group work using project-based game approaches, interaction with experts and business representatives. Students will immerse themselves in the world of generating ideas and finding solutions to specific cases developed together with industrial partners of the federal project. The participation of representatives of technology companies in training programs ensures the transfer of experience and knowledge from the “first person”, and also allows for the formation of human resources for the development of innovative activities. Over two years of productive work in the field of youth entrepreneurship, the Derzhavin University accelerator has diagnosed 1,200 people. The university team does not plan to stop there; in the spring, six trainings will be held, in which 360 people will take part.
