As part of the "China Week in Tambov - 2024", a round table on business cooperation with China was held in Derzhavin University. Its organizers were the Union of Regional Employers "Tambov Regional Association of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs" (Sergey Bulakh, Chairman of the Board of Directors) and Derzhavinsky University. The meeting was attended by members of the Union of Regional Employers, a delegation of industrial circles of China and representatives of the Central Board of the Russian-Chinese Friendship Society.
The key speakers of the round table were Vitaly Mankevich, Chairman of the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Russia) and Qin Haifeng, head of the Chinese delegation, director of the trade and economic mission of Shandong Province in Russia.
– The Tambov entrepreneurial class was outlined the prospects for cooperation with Chinese business, – comments Pavel Moiseev, rector of Derzhavin University. – It is very important that during the round table discussions the business community of the region received information from Vitaly Mankevich, Russian super-expert in this field, and from potential Chinese partners who occupy high positions in their sectors of economy. It is extremely useful to understand how to start and run a business, how to negotiate, and present promising areas of cooperation. I hope that today's event, held at such a high level, will contribute to the development of economic relations between the Tambov Region and China.
