- China Week in Tambov is the largest international humanitarian project in the Tambov Region. Its goal is to promote the development of multilateral cooperation with organizations of the People's Republic of China in education, economics, culture, art, tourism, and the public sector. Currently, the University has the largest number of foreign partners from China: 26 organizations with 33 agreements. China Week once again confirms the special, strategic nature of Derzhavin University's cooperation with its Chinese partners. We intend to strengthen this direction, as 2026-2027 were recently declared by our leaders, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping, to be the cross-years of education in Russia and China, noted Pavel Moiseev, rector of Derzhavin University and chairman of the Tambov Regional Branch of the Russian-Chinese Friendship Society.
