Last weekend, representatives of the Derzhava esports club took two first places at two starts. These victories will allow the Derzhavin team to play at the all-Russian level. The regional stage of the All-Russian eSports Student League for Dota2, CS2, Tekken, and Starcraft took place in Tambov. 4 teams took part in the tournament: Derzhavin University, Tambov State Technical University, Construction College and Pedagogical College. Having beaten all rivals, the DerzhaWin team received a ticket to the zonal stage of the competition, which will be held online in April. It is noteworthy that the Derzhavin University team has been leading in this area for the fifth season and is promoting the development of e-sports in the region. In addition, the “DerzhaWin” players demonstrated their skills within the framework of the Lipetsk region DOTA 2 championship (closed stage), also taking 1st place. The tournament was held in a full-time format; more than 30 teams from Moscow, Voronezh, Lipetsk and Tambov competed among themselves. These competitions are the qualifying stage of the Russian Championship, which will be held in May with the participation of representatives of Derzhavin University.
