"We invite the student community of our universities, and especially Derzhavin University, to actively participate in the selection of public spaces for improvement," said Maxim Kosenkov, Head of the Tambov City Administration. "I would like to highlight several student projects that have been finally approved." They contain bold, creative proposals that help us take a fresh look at the possibilities for transforming our city. I thank the students and their teachers for their response, ideas, and developments.
