Specifically, the proposal includes the implementation of joint educational programs at various levels and areas of study, as well as popular science tourism programs for Brazilian students and young faculty in the fields of microbiology and biotechnology, and art and digital design. Plans are also underway to organize and host a school for student media centers and young journalists. Derzhavin University invites young Brazilian leaders to participate in the public diplomacy project "Hablemos con Rusia" ("Let's Talk About Russia"), organized by the Center for Support and Development of Public Initiatives "Creative Diplomacy" and TSU named after G.R. We plan to launch scientific and educational collaboration with the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, as well as an academic exchange program. This March, we plan to host a delegation from the State University of the Altiplano of Puno, Peru, to discuss inter-university partnerships. In June 2026, our university will host the Hablemos con Rusia Summer School for young leaders from Latin America, and we invite the most active young leaders from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro to participate.
The program of the Russia-Brazil Forum includes the signing of an Agreement on Technological and Scientific Cooperation and Exchange with the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil's largest public university and the founding father of the entire Brazilian higher education system.
