Derzhavin Tambov State University took part in the educational forum "International Education in a Multipolar World" held at RUDN. The forum participants were leading Russian and foreign scientists, representatives of higher education institutions, state and commercial organizations, experts in the field of education and culture. Derzhavin University was represented at the forum by Vice-Rector for International Affairs Elena Zueva.
During the sessions, modern strategies and practices of international education were discussed with the participation of representatives of universities, educational and cultural organizations, aimed at developing international interaction and strengthening cooperation between universities in different countries and regions.
Elena Zueva, Vice-Rector for International Affairs took part in the work of the section “International Cooperation and Implementation of Joint Educational Programs”.
- The international educational forum provided an opportunity to get acquainted with the experience of other universities in building international cooperation. We discussed with colleagues current issues of educational activities for international groups of students, features of implementing joint educational programs, the importance of taking into account national identity and various aspects of social adaptation for newly arriving citizens from abroad. I shared the successful experience of Derzhavin University in these areas of work, - noted Elena Zueva. An effective strategy for international cooperation with potential partners of Derzhavin University, including universities in Iran and Vietnam, was built at the forum.
