The anniversary X International scientific student conference “Society, communities, people: in search of “eternal peace”” was held in Derzhavin University. The scientific event brought together scientists and students from Tambov, Michurinsk, Orel, Ryazan, Penza, and Baghdad. Sociologists from Uzbekistan and the USA sent greetings to the conference participants.
Invited lecturers spoke at the plenary session of the conference. Among them are Konstantin Dreger, speaker of the Russian Society "Znanie", project manager of the Moscow House of Books, two-time winner of the Presidential Prize of the Russian Federation in support of talented youth, deputy director of the Institute "First Academy of Media" of the Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov (Moscow). Thanks to his report, students learned a lot about the media industry, ways to navigate the flow of modern information, and methods for developing creative and critical thinking.
