Tambov State University named after G.R. Derzhavin is opening the new academic year by resuming its academic mobility programs with partner universities abroad. The first student to participate in an internship in the Republic of Belarus this academic year was Sofia Son, a third-year student majoring in Political Sciences.
Sofya is completing a three-month internship at the Faculty of Law at Belarusian State University (Minsk). The internship is part of the Agreement on Cooperation in Education and Science concluded between TSU and BSU. This agreement provides free tuition for participants in the academic mobility programs of the two universities.
- Minsk charmed me with its beauty, and BSU charmed me with its knowledgeable students and faculty who inspire me to learn new things,- says Sofia Son. I'm currently getting to know the university. I've already attended the science festival at the Minsk Botanical Garden, where I saw many interesting developments at BSU. And ahead are scientific law conferences and a vibrant student life.
Derzhavin University is actively developing international cooperation with foreign universities, opening up new prospects for the education and development of its students.
