Stanislav Bulochnikov, a student at the Derzhavin University Institute of Law and National Security, has won the competition for the federal V.A. Tumanov named scholarship.
Stanislav serves as the deputy chair of the university-wide Student Scientific Society (SSS) and is a key organizer of events aimed at popularizing science at the university. He is currently a fifth-year student specializing in "Judicial and Prosecutorial Activity."
"Receiving the federal V.A. Tumanov named scholarship is not merely a high appraisal of my efforts but a significant incentive for further professional development. It is clear proof that students' research work does not go unnoticed," says Stanislav Bulochnikov. "Working with the SSS has allowed me to systematically develop my research skills, discuss complex legal issues with like-minded peers, and refine my projects. The V.A. Tumanov named scholarship was established for undergraduate and postgraduate students specializing in Law. It honors Vladimir Alexandrovich Tumanov—an eminent Soviet and Russian jurist and legal scholar who served as Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation (1995–1997). He held the titles of Doctor of Legal Sciences and Professor, and was recognized as an Honored Scientist of the RSFSR and an Honored Jurist of the Russian Federation.
