"It is no coincidence that these awards bear the names of distinguished figures who have left their mark on the history of the Tambov region, while the one-time cash prizes are named after the first mayor, Valery Koval. The selection committee reviewed over a hundred applications and chose the best of the best," noted Maxim Kosenkov, Head of the Tambov Administration. "The more young people like this we have, the more confidently we look to the future. Our task is to create conditions where every young resident of Tambov can unlock their potential, succeed in life, and realize their ambitions right here in their hometown."
