A case tournament for students of the region was held in Tambov at the Headquarters of Public Support of the Tambov Region on the Creative Laboratory project of the regional branch of the federal project Your Move | Tambov Region.
For more than three hours, the participants of the case tournament generated ideas and developed projects which they further defended before the jury and received mentors from among youth policy specialists and experts of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.
Experienced mentors helped and supported the teams. Tigran Markaryan, director of the Boomerang resource center of Derzhavin University was the mentor in the Volunteering track.
The team Volunteers of the Big Change representing the Volunteers of Culture movement and the regional team of the Big Change project became the winner of the tournament. Their project "Tambov Region: Toponyms for International Students" is aimed at popularizing the history of the region among international students.
