Derzhavin University Students are among the finalists of the regional stage of the Russian national award "Student of the Year 2024". This is a federal competitive and educational project of the Russian Union of Youth for students of Russian universities and colleges who have achievements in studies, science, sports, creativity and public life. This year, more than 100 students of higher and secondary educational institutions of the Tambov region participated in the regional stage of the competition.

2nd place - Edgar Martirosyan, 3rd-year student of the Institute of Law and National Security;
3rd place - Alena Erofeeva, 3rd-year student of the Institute of New Technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
In the nomination "Intellect of the Year":
1st place - Angelina Zorina, 5th-year student of the Institute of Creative Industries, Economics and Entrepreneurship;
3rd place - Zoya Grechishnikova, 4th-year student of the Institute of Medicine and Health Preservation and Ibrokhimdzhon Kuziev, 5th-year student of the Institute of Medicine and Health Preservation.
In the nomination "Public Activist of the Year":
1st place - Stanislav Bulochnikov, 3rd-year student of the Institute of Law and National Security;
2nd place - Elena Kudryashova, 4th-year student of the Institute of Law and National Security and Anastasia Puchkova, 3rd-year student of the Institute of Education and Social Sciences;
3rd place - Anastasia Zhalnina, 2nd-year student of the Institute of Medicine and Health Preservation.
In the nomination "Athlete of the Year":
1st place - Ksenia Samoilova, 3rd year student of the Institute of Law and National Security;
2nd place - Vladimir Samoilov, 3rd year student of the Institute of New Technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
In the nomination "Creative Personality of the Year":
2nd place - Meri Paranyan, 5th year student of the Institute of Medicine and Health Preservation;
3rd place - Alena Subbotina, 5th year student of the Institute of Law and National Security.
The award ceremony for the winners of the regional stage of the Russian national award "Student of the Year 2024” was held in the hall of the Tambov Regional Association of Trade Union Organizations.
The project is being implemented with the support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) of the all-Russian competition of programs for the comprehensive development of youth policy "Region for the Young".
