On October 13, of the Tambov State Technical University hosted the qualifying round of the Championship of the South and Volga Region of Russia 2024-2025.
The Derzhavin University sports programming team took part in the tournament and once again proved that it is the best in the region and the leader of the entire Black Earth Region. The first team (Alexey Emelyanov, Vladimir Anisimov, Kirill Dyrdin) took 24th place out of 389 teams. The coach of the team is Kirill Litvinov. The next stage will take place in Saratov.
