An educational project “PRO-tech Workshop”, has started at Derzhavin University. This is a comprehensive program for training mentors in the field of technological entrepreneurship from among young teachers and specialists developing in technology markets. The project “Workshop “PRO-tech” is being implemented with grant support from the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh).
Participants are 40 senior students, undergraduates, graduate students and teachers from schools, colleges and universities from Tambov, Lipetsk, Belgorod regions. They will receive the competencies necessary for competent and qualified implementation of projects, organization of the work process and efficient work of student teams. The project speakers are the President of the Professional Community of Speakers and Experts “SLOVO” Igor Nosov and the Director of the “Site Factory”, marketing expert at Skillbox and Netology Olga Reutova.
On the first day, participants of the intensive learned the basics of mentoring. Then they assembled their teams of junior students from universities and colleges and are now learning to mentor them. Based on the results of the educational project “Workshop “PRO-tech”, a pool of experienced young techno-mentors will be formed.
