Foreign students of Derzhavin University returned from a trip to Tula, where they took part in the Interregional forum-festival “All flags are visiting us!”. The event organizer was Tula State University. The trip to the festival in Tula allowed foreign students to expand their knowledge about Russia, its culture and traditions.
Three thousand foreign students from 55 countries are currently studying at Derzhavin University.
For the successful adaptation and integration of students into the educational and cultural life of the University the Center for Social Adaptation and Intercultural Communication has been created.
One of the goals of the Center is to promote the active participation of foreign students of the university in events at the municipal, regional, all-Russian and international levels.
