The Derzhavin University launched the All-Russian Charity Event "Red Carnation" organized by the "Memory of Generations" Foundation.
Thus, from April 10 to June 22, Derzhavin University volunteers are holding a charity action on central streets of Tambov and during mass events to accept donations to help veterans.
As a token of gratitude, participants in the event will receive a badge with an image of a red carnation, symbolizing the memory of the exploits of the heroes who fought for the Motherland.
The funds raised will be used to purchase medications, wheelchairs, hearing aids, prosthetics and other necessary rehabilitation equipment.
- From year to year, the "Red Carnation" campaign is becoming more and more significant both in our region and beyond.
