The exhibition “Design Marathon” opened at the Tambov Art Gallery. The authors, 100 students of Stroganov and Derzhavin universities, presented 35 design projects in the following areas: communication design, textiles, industrial design, interior design, graphic design, environmental design. The students also showed 50 layouts of printed products: portfolios, booklets, posters, interior layouts and calendars.
Students worked on projects under the guidance of lectures from Derzhavin and Stroganov Universities - artists and designers, members of the Union of Artists of Russia, the International Federation of Watercolor Painters, the Creative Union of Artists of Russia, laureates of International and All-Russian competitions in the field of fine arts and design.
You can visit the exhibition until April 8 at the address: Tambov, Sovetskaya Ulitsa, 97. The organizers also plan to hold master classes at the Tambov Art Gallery in April and March. This exhibition is a continuation of the network interaction between Derzhavin university and Stroganov university under the “Priority 2030” program with the support of the Government of the Tambov region.
Derzhavin university became a member of the coordinating council of the Federal Center for Professional Competences and Qualifications in the Field of Fine and Applied Arts of Stroganov university. Network cooperation between the two universities will continue with the implementation of the joint educational program “Design” with a profile “Design and Fine Arts”.
