The V International Scientific and Practical Conference “Problems of sustainable development of socio-economic systems” was held at Derzhavin University under the project “International Summer University”. Organizers of the event are Derzhavin University together with TRO of the Free Economic Society of Russia with the support of the Government of the Tambov region. The goal is to develop an effective economic policy that will contribute to the acquisition and dissemination of new knowledge about the state of the economies of the countries participating in the conference. Participants of the conference are leading scientists and experts, public figures, representatives of government authorities, business circles and the educational community from Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
The acting president addressed the conference participants with a welcoming speech. Minister of Economic and Investment Policy of the Tambov Region Viktor Ivanov noted the importance of two areas: the export potential of the Tambov region and the development of the region in the context of national goals, as well as the role of scientific developments and their share in the GRP and GDP of Russia and the Tambov region. Viktor Ivanov paid attention to the cooperation with Derzhavin University and the significant contribution of science to the economy, as well as to export potential.

This is a practical report that reflects the framework we have created for the development of digital museums and virtual tours for hard-to-reach tourist routes. And today I want to share this material with my colleagues, show how it is possible to preserve cultural heritage and draw public attention to environmental problems by creating virtual tours.”
As a result of the conference, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Derzhavin University and the Institute of Scientific Communications.
