- Our relations with the Republic of Belarus are actualized by at least two circumstances, - comments Pavel Moiseev. - Firstly, Russia and Belarus created a Union State. Therefore, our economy, politics, military, culture, education and other spheres are, in fact, a single whole. Secondly, we have been working closely with Belarusian universities for a long time, we have agreements and contracts with them in various subject areas. Today we have signed new agreements, additional agreements and roadmaps with Belarusian universities, specifying our joint projects.
