The International Competition of Indian Dance Performers "Bollywood Dance Fest" was held in Moscow, and a series of master classes from leading teachers was also held.
The Derzhavin University team presented the dance "Gondal". The team included 5th-year students of the "General Medicine" program - More Tanmay Narayan, Gewande Atharv Ajay, Ghogale Manasi Narayan, as well as the deputy director of the Institute of New Technologies and Artificial Intelligence, the team leader Alexandra Zamurueva.
Based on the results of the judging committee and audience voting, the Derzhavin University team took 1st place in the Bollywood category.
– Dancing is a huge part of my life. I am always happy to help with staging a number for university concerts. This victory is not the first and certainly not the last for our team! Soon we will be hosting the International Performing Arts Competition “DERZHAVIN ART”, for which we are preparing something special, – shared More Tanmay.
