The Derzhavin University team won the All-Russian competition among students in sports tourism. The team successfully covered a 100 km route along the Tuntsajoki and Tumcha rivers of the Kola Peninsula. The Derzhavin team includes students from the Faculty of Philology and Journalism, the Faculty of History, World Politics and Sociology, the Institute of Law and National Security, the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Information Technologies, and the Institute of Natural Science. Previously, the student team of water tourists was one step away from victory. These were not simple hikes in the Subpolar Urals and the Caucasus, but rafting along the rivers of the Kola Peninsula allowed us to achieve maximum results.
