By order of the leading industrial partner Argonavt-Group LLC, technological solutions for the production of carbohydrate enzymes have been developed at the engineering center of industrial microbiology of Derzhavin University. Carbohydrases are actively used in the production of compound feeds: they adjust the nutritional value of feed and improve its digestibility. In the process of work, the patterns of enzymatic hydrolysis of oligo- and polysaccharides were determined, the prospect of using individual microorganisms for the synthesis of carbohydrases and the technological conditions for obtaining target products were assessed, and experimental cultivation of effective strains was carried out.
The Engineering Center for Industrial Microbiology, created within the framework of the Priority 2030 program, has now switched to a 24/7 work cycle. Several commercial projects are being carried out around to provide enterprises in the mechanical engineering, food and feed industries with modern technological solutions.
