The II International Performing Arts Competition “DerzhavinART” was held at the Educational Theater of Derzhavin University. The purpose of the competition is to identify talented and bright performers in three areas: instrumental art, vocal art, and choreographic art. Over two days of competition, 300 performers from Moscow, Volgograd, Lipetsk, Belgorod, Saratov and Tambov regions took in the competition. The performances of the participants were evaluated by a professional jury.
The Grand Prix in the “Instrumental Art” category was awarded to jazz pianist Natalia Silantyeva from the Balashov branch of the Saratov Regional College of Arts.
Participants also received certificates awarding 100 points for a creative test upon admission to Derzhavin University in the areas of training “Musical and instrumental art”, “Pedagogical education” (Musical and instrumental performance), “Vocal art”, “Pedagogical education” (Pop vocal teacher).
Certificate holders in the “Instrumental Art” category are Natalia Silantyeva, Dmitry Balaev, Arseny Shchukin. In the nomination “Vocal Art”, certificates were received by Sofya Fedorova, Anastasia Makhotina, Evgeny Zakharov, Olga Skibina, Maxim Kirilyuk.
Participants in the “Choreographic Art” direction will show their performances in Derzhavinsky on March 30-31.
