The proposal of Derzhavin University scientists to develop a scientific instrument was recommended for inclusion in the federal project “Development of domestic
instrument making for civil purposes for scientific research.”
The Expert Council under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation on domestic civil instrument engineering reviewed more than 400 applications from scientists from all over the country. Based on the results of several stages of examination, the 10 best proposals were selected for inclusion in the federal project.
One of them was the proposal of the team of the Research Institute “Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials” of Derzhavin University to develop a universal device to express analysis and characterization of the physical and mechanical properties of composite materials using nanoindentation methods and precision digital scratch testing.
The development is carried out under the strategic project “Scientific Instrument Making” of the “Priority 2030” program.
