Derzhavin Tambov State University organized a round table “Industrial microbiology: challenges and prospects”. Participants are representatives of leading scientific and educational communities of research institutes and universities of the Russian Federation, representatives of industry working in the production and use of microbial synthesis products, manufacturers of biotechnological equipment. At the meeting, the work of the Derzhavin Engineering Center for Industrial Microbiology under the Priority 2030 program was discussed.
Participants highlighted the latest trends and research results in the field of physiology, ecology and genetics of microorganisms. They discussed microbial biotechnology and its application in industry. Experts also paid attention to the issues of equipping laboratories and enterprises with modern research and production biotechnological equipment.
