Talent and beauty contest “Miss University 2024” has ended in Derzhavin University.
The candidates for the crown showed their grace in two fashion show competitions, prepared video business cards, and revealed their creative abilities. In the intellectual competition, the participants demonstrated eloquence, talked about family, creativity, dancing and explained why they were grateful to the university.
The title and crown “Miss University – 2024” was received by Liliya Lavrinova from the Medical Institute. The girl is an activist of the regional branch of the All-Russian movement “Medical Volunteers”, a member of the choreographic group “DNA” of the Medical Institute. Lilia has been involved in figure skating for many years, and today she teaches children this sport.
The first vice-miss was Yanina Andreeva from the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports. The title of second runner-up went to Valeria Tishchenko from the Pedagogical Institute. Yana Karamnova from the Institute of Law and National Security became Miss People's Choice Award.
